What an incredible company. From the engagement ring, being flexible with the stone type, making a custom hidden halo. Their communication was unbeatable and their prices were the most competitive. Always willing to hop on the phone with you and discuss any issues. When we had minor issues with one of the rings, they sent all prepaid shipping and made the process seamless. Their work habit and their finished product is absolutely amazing. There’s no doubt we’ll continue to use them and let all our friends know about them.

I had a lovely experience purchasing online. The website was easy to use and great customer service. They actually reached out if I was interested in picking up my package from the nearest shipping store rather than have them deliver the package to the door and that amazed me! A much safer route to ensure package is received. The earrings were made to order and were ready to arrive before the approximate date. I also received the certificates to go with my earrings. We inquired online and worked with Jacob, who was amazing with ensuring it’s what we wanted from start to finish! I also had the chance to speak with their team and decided to upgrade to a thicker band to ensure the diamonds would be more secure in the future.
