Our custom pieces require 10-14 days of meticulous handcrafting in our workshop. Once your ring, earrings, or necklace is completed, we package it securely and hand it off to FedEx for Two-Day shipping, which adds two additional business days to your timeline. We also build in a small buffer for any unexpected production hiccups—because we want you to receive your piece with confidence, not stress.
Yes, discretion is built into how we ship. We completely understand that surprise is everything when it comes to Valentine’s gifts and proposals.
Here’s our approach:
Your jewelry arrives in a plain brown or white shipping box with no branding visible from the outside. The return address reads only “MG” or a generic abbreviation, never “MICHAEL GABRIELS. This means if it arrives at their home or office, curious eyes won’t immediately know what’s inside.
Inside the box, you’ll find:

- A packing slip

The Timeline: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your piece. So if your Valentine’s gift arrives on Feb 7, you have until March 9 to make a change.
The Conditions:
- The item must be unworn (no scratches, wear, or damage)
- It must be in original condition (still in our packaging)
- The invoice or proof of purchase is helpful (but we can look it up by order number)
- Must include the certification paperwork if item contain a stone larger than one carat
Your Options:
- Exchange for a different size (e.g., ring is too big we will swap it for a smaller size)
- Exchange for a different style (e.g., prefer the heart-shaped necklace over the earrings, trade it)
- Return for a full refund (if nothing feels quite right)

- Engravings are completed during production and take 2-3 additional business days
Important: Engraved items are final sale. Once the engraving is done, it can’t be undone. So before you submit an engraved order, triple-check:
- The spelling (especially names and dates)
- That you’re absolutely confident in the style and size
- That you’ve reviewed the font/layout sample we send
If the ring size needs adjusting later, we can resize it without affecting the engraving. But if you engrave something and later want to exchange for a different style, that’s not possible.
Yes. All Valentine’s collection items come with a One-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What’s covered:

- Cracked or damaged metal (due to manufacturing defect, not accident or misuse)
- Broken clasps or prongs (defect in workmanship)

What’s NOT covered:

- Sizing adjustments (resize your ring within the first year for free; after that, resizing has a fee)

Yes, we ship to any physical street address, including workplaces. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for security reasons.

After the first year: Resizing is still available, but a fee applies (typically $50–$75, depending on the metal and complexity). However, most resizes are covered under that first-year guarantee.
